Steps to Reset Forgotten Juno Email Password

There are multiple ways to reset your Juno email password when you are unable to recall the password for it, you can either call Juno support at 1-800-654-5866 or you can send an email to [email protected]. Just make sure to keep your Juno Member ID and four-digit PIN ready for verification purposes in order to reset your password.

If you are a Juno Platinum or SpeedBand members, you can also use the last four digits of your credit card that you used to pay the account. Moreover, if you pay your bills by check you can use your Juno account number for verification.

NOTE: if you don’t have a PIN and you want to create one, you will need to go to the link https://account.juno.com/account/acmg/pincreate.do and follow the instructions on this page. Without a PIN, you will not be able to create a password for your Juno account.

Nevertheless, you can reset your Juno password by following these steps:

1.) On your computer, you will need to double-click on the Juno icon on your desktop.

2.) Once the Juno email gets launched in your computer, you will need to select Email to connect.

3.) After selecting Email, you will need to click on the Options and then select Password and Security option.

4.) The next prompts will ask you to enter your current password and your new password (twice).

5.) After you have entered your old and new password in the provided field, you will need to click on the OK button. Your new password will be configured for your Juno email account right away.
