5 Steps to Restore iCloud Backup
1.) On your iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), tap on the Settings app icon and go to General and then Software Update option. If you see any newer software version available for your iOS device, follow the on-screen prompts to download and install it.
2.) Next, tap on the Settings app and go to Your Name > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage (or Settings) > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage option. Then tap on a device from the list to identify the date and size of the recent backup.
NOTE: Make sure that you have the latest backup to restore from.
3.) After that, go to the Settings application and select General option. Under General section, tap on the Reset option, and then on “Erase all content and settings”.
4.) Next, tap on the Restore from iCloud Backup option located under Apps & Data screen. Then, log into your iCloud account.
5.) Then, select Choose backup option and choose from the list of available backups in iCloud which you wish to restore. Wait until the restoration of your backup gets completed. Once completed, you can start using your iOS device.
