POP Settings:

If you choose POP, here are the details.

  • Server Account Type: POP3
  • Incoming Mail Address: rr.mail.com
  • Incoming Mail Address Password: Enter the password of your Roadrunner email account.
  • Outgoing Mail Address: mail.rr.com
  • Outgoing Mail Address Password: Enter the password of your Roadrunner email account.
  • Port Number for Incoming Server: 587
  • Port Number for Outgoing Server: 995
  • SMTP Authentication: You will have to click to confirm the SMTP authentication for the outgoing server.

IMAP Settings

For users choosing the IMAP account, they will have to check the following details –

  • Server Account Type: IMAP
  • Incoming Mail Address: rr.mail.com

  • SMTP Authentication: Yes.

Here are the steps to add your Roadrunner email account to Mac OS.
