  • Click “Settings” (icon)
  • Click “Manage Accounts
  • Click “Add Account

  • Enter your Cox Email Address in the “Email address” field.

  • In the “Your name” field, you need to type in a name that you would like to display when sending messages.
  • Next, enter the Cox IMAP server settings in the field “Incoming email server”.
  • In the “Account type” field, you will have to select IMAP4. Make sure it matches the incoming email server name.
  • Then, enter the Cox SMTP server settings in the desired field, i.e. “Outgoing (SMTP) email server”.

  • Require SSL for incoming email
  • Require SSL for outgoing email
  • Use the same user name and password for sending email
