2.) Once your Yandex.Mail account is configured with Outlook email program, you can easily export emails from it by following steps mentioned ahead.

3.) Open Outlook program on your computer and click on the File option.

4.) From the File option, click on the Open & Export and select Import/Export option.

5.) From Import/Export wizard box, select Export to a file option and click on the Next button.

6.) Now, select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click on the Next button.

7.) Choose the name of the email account to export and make sure to select the checkbox next to Include subfolders option if you wish to export everything such as Calendar, Contacts, and Inbox.

8.) However, if you only wish to export emails, make the changes accordingly. Once you are done selecting a preferred choice, click on the Next button.

9.) Next, click on the Browse option to decide the location for saving the Outlook Data File (.pst). Simply type a filename and click on the OK button and then on the Finish button.

10.)Outlook will start exporting emails immediately unless you have created a new Outlook Data File (.pst) or you are using a password-encrypted file.

NOTE: If you wish you can add an optional password with your Outlook Data File (.pst) to keep your Yandex.Mail file protected. You can create a password for the file when the Create Outlook Data File dialog box appears on your screen.
