The biggest issue with spam and gmx mail is the refusal on gmx's part to implement the spam filter and ignore any filter rules thereafter. My gmx account covers various family emails with various filter rules set up to direct to the appropriate folder. Spam is simultaneously sent to e.g. and Their spam filter immediately moves the spam email to mainaddress into the spam folder but refuses to do the same with the spam email sent to mymailaddress which then goes into my folder as per filter rule if sent to myemailaddress move to xxxx folder. I have asked them numerous times to make their spam filter override any other filter rules and they refuse. I now have the ludicrous situation whereby I have over 310 filter rules such as If Subject contains "Enhancement" Move e-mail to folder "Spam" Do not apply any additional rules to these e-mails Why can't they simply apply their spam filter as If GMX spam filter says this is spam, move to the spam folder and do not apply any additional filter rules. Fed up with it as it spoils an otherwise very good service.
