“You recently purchased your device or SIM card directly from Cricket (in-store or online).

What you should know: If you purchased your device in-store, you must activate in the store. If you purchased your device by calling Cricket Customer Care, you must also call to activate.

7) On the other hand, if you select the Another Retailer option, you will be prompted with the following message on your screen:

“You recently purchased your device or SIM from another retailer outside of a Cricket store or the Cricket website such as Amazon, Wal-Mart, Target, etc.”
