On your computer, open a web browser and go to the AOL homepage.
Once you are on the AOL homepage, you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the page, to locate the Help option. Once you locate the Help option on the lower-left corner of the window, you will need to click on the option. This will direct you to the next screen.
On the next screen, you will need to click on the Support Options. You will be directed to the next page.
On the next page, you will need to click on the Sign In option located on the Email Us section. This will take you to the AOL sign-in page. Here, you will need to enter your AOL Username or Email address and click on the Next button.

NOTE: If you are already logged in to your AOL Mail account, you will see the Email Us option instead of Sign in option. So, you will need to click on the Email Us option.

As you will click on the Email Us option, you will be directed to the next screen where you will be prompted to raise your query.
In the Question field, you will need to briefly describe your question, provide your name in the Name field, and enter your email address in Primary Email address where AOL customer support can reach you for assistance.
