2. Once you are on the sign-in page of AT&T, you will need to enter your User ID and Password in the provided field, and then press the Sign in button.
3. Next, you will need to go to the Sign-in info section in your email account and select the Change Password option.
4. As you will select the Change Password option, you will be directed to the next screen where you will need to enter your new password in the provided field along with the on-screen instructions.
5. Once you are done following the on-screen instructions, you will be done changing the password for your BellSouth email account.

When You Can’t Access Your BellSouth Email Account

3. On the next page, you will first need to enter your User ID in the provided field and then enter your Last name.
4. Then, you will need to select the checkbox next to the “I’m not a robot” option and press the Continue button. Doing so will direct you to the next screen.
5. On the next screen, you will be provided with a couple of options to choose from for resetting your password. The options are most likely to like the following:

• Email to ******@example.com
• I’ll answer my security questions

1. If you will select the “Email to *****@example.com” option and press the Continue button, you will be directed to the next screen where you will be prompted to enter the temporary password sent to your email address. So, you will need to sign in to your email account, copy the temporary password and enter it in the provided field. Then, press the Continue button and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the password recovery.
2. On the other hand, if you will select the “I’ll answer my security questions” option and press the Continue button, you will be directed to the next screen where you will be provided a couple of questions. Here, you will need to enter the appropriate answer for the questions in the provided field and press the Continue button. After that, simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the recovery of your BellSouth email account.
3. After you are done resetting the password of your BellSouth email account, you will need to access your account using the new password.
