• I think someone else is using my Microsoft account

3.) Next, you will be asked to enter the CAPTCHA as shown on your screen in the provided field. After entering it, click on the Next button.

4.) On the next screen, you will be given three options as mentioned below.

• Email a***K9@*mail.com
• Text ********38
• I don’t have any of these

You will need to choose one of these options to verify yourself as the rightful owner of the account.

5.) If you have recognized the partially visible email address and have access to it, select Email a***K9@*mail.com option to receive a security code on your email. Similarly, if you recognize and have access to the partially visible phone number, select Text ********38 option, you will get a security code on your phone number.

NOTE: The above-given options are for reference purpose only, the email address and phone number for your account would be different.

6.) Once you get the security code on your phone number or email address, enter it on the subsequent screen and click on the Verify button. If the code entered by you is verified successfully, you will be directed to the next page for creating a new password for your account.

7.) So, on the next screen, simply enter your new password in the prompted fields and click on the Next button. And this is how you will be able to access your MSN Mail account using this password.
