3.) On this page, click on the “Forgot Password link?”. You will be taken to “Account Recovery” page where you will need to provide some information about your account to verify your identity.
4.) Now, on the Account Recovery page, you will be prompted to provide your User ID under the Password section and also your Last name in the Last namefield.
NOTE: If you don’t remember your User ID, you will need to select User ID section. And if you have forgotten both, select User ID and Password option.
5.) Next, enter the Captcha details in the prompted box and click on the Continue button.
6.) On the next page, you will see two options:
- Send me a temporary password.
- I’ll answer my security questions.
