• Go to the login page of your Zoho Mail account and enter the credentials to login.
• You need to click on the “Settings” option.
• Select “Mail Accounts” and choose “Email forwarding and POP/ IMAP”.
• Now, enable IMAP.

• Unlock your iPhone and tap “Settings”.
• Now, select “Accounts and Passwords” > “Add Account”.
• Tap the “Other” option and you will need to “Add Mail Account”.
• Next, you will need to enter your Name, Zoho Mail Email Address, Password, and a description (it should be short).
• Tap the “Next” option.
• Provide Application Specific Password to configure the account if two-factor authentication is enabled.
• The next step should ensure that you have selected IMAP as the account type option. (You can also configure your account as POP.)
• Provide the following details in the Incoming Mail Server section –

• Hostname: imap.zoho.in
• Username: Enter your full Zoho Email Address
• Password: Enter your Zoho email account password

• Provide the following details in the Outgoing Mail Server section –

• Hostname: smtp.zoho.in
• Username: Enter your full Zoho Email Address
• Password: Enter your Zoho email account password

• After you enter the details, your device should connect to the IMAP server. It should further authenticate the credentials that you have provided. Once the authentication is done, the IMAP account is configured on your iPhone.

Steps for your iPhone (POP Configuration Details)

Post Office Protocol (POP) is a one-way email retrieval. It enables you to access the Zoho Mail emails on any email client. The Zoho Mail POP server details comprise –

Here are the steps to follow for POP configuration –

• Launch your favorite web browser and log into your Zoho Mail account.
• Click on the “Settings” option and navigate to “Mail Accounts”.
• From here, you need to select “POP Access”.
• It will then prompt you to enable the POP access in two modes –

• Emails That Arrive from Now:You need to enable POP access for emails. The emails will start pouring in only after you enable POP access. (This means, only the newer emails will be downloaded to the POP client.)
• All Emails:If you enable POP access for all emails, you will receive all the emails. The POP client will download all the emails.
